Our Story: Founded on Expertise
Total NRG was founded in 2008 by our Managing Director, Bryan Jones.
With over 42 years of hands-on experience as a seasoned heating engineer, Bryan recognised very early on that the future of home comfort had to move away from fossil fuels. He became passionate about exploring sustainable, highly efficient alternatives like Heat Pumps, Underfloor Heating (UFH), and Mechanical Ventilation (MVHR).
Bryan founded Total NRG to bring these high-tech, low-carbon alternatives directly to his customers, pairing cutting-edge German engineering (like Stiebel Eltron and ROTH) with honest, transparent, and meticulous British craftsmanship.
