The Challenge: Future-Proofing a Luxury Build

The clients were constructing a highly insulated, modern family home in Church Leigh. They needed a heating system that would complement the property's clean aesthetics—meaning no bulky radiators taking up wall space—while providing consistent, efficient, and eco-friendly warmth year-round. Because it was a new build, our team needed to work closely alongside the main contractors and architects to integrate the system perfectly during the construction phase.

The Heat Distribution: To maximise the incredible efficiency of the heat pump, we designed and installed a complete Underfloor Heating (UFH) system. Because UFH runs at lower, continuous temperatures than standard radiators, it is the absolute perfect companion for a heat pump.

MVHR: Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery delivers fresh, filtered air throughout the home while removing stale air from kitchens, bathrooms and utility spaces. By recovering heat from the extracted air and transferring it to the incoming airflow, this approach helps improve comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency.

Smart Integration: The entire system was set up with smart thermostats, allowing the homeowners to precisely control their heating room-by-room for ultimate efficiency.
